Abstract

The main content of this paper is to use Robtostudio Software to realize the simulation of a Pallet Assembly Conveyor. It mainly uses the functions of Smart components in Robotstudio software to create multiple sub-components such as: Attacher, Detacher, Source, Sensor and so on, to realize the movement of conveyor and the robot's Attacher and Detacher. In this paper, three robot systems are created to realize the cyclic tasks of Pallet Assembly Conveyor by creating station logic between robot systems.
