Abstract

In this article, we consider the idea of developing an intelligent automated system for maintaining dialogs with the user in real time. This system can be used for almost any subject area, for example, to create an automated robot - the operator of the cal center. The work includes the results of testing various existing speech recognition systems using the Russian language and dictionary model. The designed flexible architecture of the proposed system is also presented in this paper.
