Abstract
The CyberKnife® is a linear accelerator (linac) based platform that utilizes a robotic delivery system that is coupled with real-time imaging to track and compensate for patient or target motion. Evolution of this technology has compensated for respiratory movements with XsightTM lung and has the ability to utilize skeletal tracking. These advances have allowed for the expansion from intra cranial SRS to multisystem SBRT.
