Abstract

Collaborative robotics systems increasingly populate factories due to many advantages that are bringing. This article presents an application of a collaborative robot integrated in a hard steel environment that generates a lot of perturbations: dusts, vibrations, high temperatures ... The robot evolves in the fourth mode of collaboration in which the human/robot interaction is allowed under conditions. With few adaptations, we succeed at integrating the cobot for production purpose which eases the tasks of operator by carrying the loads in his stead, and consequently reduces operator musculoskeletal disorders.
