Abstract

Realize the detection of pipes with different diameters, a pipeline detection robot structure with adaptive different diameters is proposed in this design. The robot uses a motor as the driving lead screw adjustment mechanism, so that the pipeline robot can carry a camera in the pipe of 500-1000mm diameter for detection. Robot screw adjusting module at the time of change gear train outside diameter, the body of the robot frame relatively unchanged, keep a kind of stability, in order to analyze the feasibility of this structure, the structure motion analysis and simulation verification, strive for robot both within the big diameter and small diameter has the ability to walk, stable and capable of carrying a camera for stability.
