Abstract
Robot-assisted surgery is one of the most important surgical directions. These procedures become more and more widespread. The use of robotic technologies in vascular surgery is a new stage in development of minimally invasive methods that can reduce postoperative morbidity and hospital-stay. The authors describe the first experience of robot-assisted aortobifemoral bypass surgery in a patient with chronic arterial insufficiency Pokrovsky-Fontein grade IIB-III.
