Abstract
Many of the food processing industries require novel products without making enormous changes in the processing line or fiddling with hardware. On the other hand, owing to the increasing concern about individual health and well-being among consumers, huge attention is now focused on how food is produced, processed, packaged, stored, distributed, and consumed (Ahmad Nayik, 2015). Artificial intelligence (AI)-driven technologies can be a better solution for many concerns in the food processing sector, although initial capital investment may be high.
