Abstract
It is the trend of technology development of power generation enterprises to reduce staff and increase efficiency and improve operational automation. This paper analyzes the task flow of the power plant operator and establishes the operator behavior model. The sentence is divided based on the maximum matching algorithm; the recognition accuracy is improved by the n-gram model; the voice command is received based on SAPI; the mouse and keyboard information are simulated by functions to complete the specific operation; and the voice information feedback is realized by TTS. For the first time, the paper studies the operation behavior of the centralized control staff, abstracts it into a virtual operation robot, and replaces the operator's operation to a certain extent, which provides a technical means for reducing staff and efficiency, and proposes a new idea and way for building a smart power plant.
