Abstract

Real-time Remote User Controlled Military Robot system is the initiative to lessen the number of casualties in the war field and to enter places where the presence of humans can be dangerous. It is a raspberry-pi based system with multiple functionalities. Raspberry pi cameras are used for surveillance near the boundaries and also in the war field and surveillance will be monitored remotely from the control room through Bluetooth technology. Master in the remote will control it by using a web application. Ultrasonic sensors will measure the distance and direction of obstacles from the vehicle and will play a major role in obstacle avoidance. Face recognition algorithms are to recognize the person in front and alert the control room. Shooting the enemy is by laser turret. Surveillance, obstacle avoidance, and laser turret are the prime functionalities.
