Development of the interactive receptionist system by the face robot

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to develop the interactive communication system which can communicate with human beings naturally. In human's communication, natural communication is realized by being compatible in nonverbal communication and verbal communication. We are developing the receptionist system that is equipped with a voice dialogue system and a face robot that can express facial expressions like human beings as a platform. In this paper, we evaluate the response manner of our system.
