Abstract
Organizations utilize the logics of hyperautomation which is a business-oriented technique, to quickly perceive, validate, and automate many business and IT activities. The coordinated employment of numerous software tools and technologies such as event-driven software architecture, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) is known as hyperautomation. The idea is found on the comprehension that Robotic Process Automation (RPA), a new method for automating computerized operations, is difficult to scale at the communal level and has a restricted scope for automation. A multimodal framework for the tactical utilization of multiple automation software technologies, separately or together with AI and ML is provided by hyperautomation.
