Contractual Employee Management System Using Machine Learning and Robotic Process Automation

Abstract
Contractual Employee Management System is used for maintaining all the contractors, sub-contractors and their contractual based employee's details in most of the industries. At the primary level, it keeps the contractor and sub-contractor working permit information in the form of issuing registration certificate and license certificate issued by the government authorities. At the secondary level, it maintains all the details of each contractual employee in the form of daily attendance, shift management, payroll management, overtime management, report management, etc. Most of the existing systems have the major drawback of repetitive manual maintenance of updating and maintaining the records. This results in wastage of time and efforts. This paper proposes the fully automated machine learning and robotic process automation based contractual employee management system. Authors have designed and implemented the system by using random forest machine learning algorithm which optimizes time and minimizes manual efforts. It is observed the proposed system has minimized the time and efforts.
