Abstract
The objective of this study is to develop the human-and-robot collaborative system for the patrol of nuclear power plants. The proposed arrangement is that in normal situations the robot takes an autonomous action, while in abnormal situations the human assists the robot in solving the problem. The system has a great ability for coping with unexpected events and improving the efficiency wherewith it performs tasks. In this paper, we focus on the study of essential technology required for developing the system.
