Abstract
Abstract The use of Hem-o-Lok clips is well described for control of the lateral pedicles in robot-assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy. We report two cases of urethral erosion of Hem-o-Lok clips after robot-assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy in patients who presented with symptoms of bladder neck contracture. We describe the presentation, treatment, and possible methods to avoid this complication.
