摘要

The purpose of this project is to study the application of automatic guided vehicle (AGV) in the access of hazardous chemicals in laboratory safety management, and to design an AGV robot that can automatically approach hazardous chemicals as the transportation equipment of hazardous chemicals in the laboratory. Firstly, the mechanical structure is designed using computer-aided design software, establishing specific component modules and a comprehensive three-dimensional model of the storage and transportation organization of hazardous chemicals, followed by the manufacturing and assembly of parts. Subsequently, dynamic simulation software, such as Adams, is utilized to simulate the mechanism, while ANSYS (finite element analysis software) conducts static analysis of the sliding rail and middle sliding rail is carried out by ANSYS (Finite element analysis software). Finally, according to the analysis results, structural optimization and lightweight design of the model are carried out. This project innovatively proposes the application of wire pull driving scheme to the robot fork extender mechanism, and verifies its feasibility. In addition, the finite element software ANSYS workbench was used to analyze the static stress distribution of the robot's main stressed parts, optimize the structure, and ensure that the robot not only meets usage requirements but also facilitates manufacturing and assembly. The research and development of this robot hold significant promise for enhancing the level of laboratory safety management in universities.
