摘要
Addressing the issues of low efficiency and high labor intensity in manual rebar tying, this paper presents the design of a fully automatic rebar tying robot (970 mm × 660 mm × 520 mm), The robot integrates three core modules: longitudinal movement (self-adaptive wheel system for adapting to spacing and cushioning impacts), transverse movement (lifting-disengaging mechanism + chain transmission for precise positioning), and automatic tying (multi-DOF fine-tuning). It can autonomously traverse the rebar mesh surface and precisely locate tying nodes. The paper elaborates on its structural design, working principle, and control flow. Experimental validation demonstrates that the robot efficiently and stably performs longitudinal movement, transverse movement, and tying tasks, providing an effective solution for construction automation.
