The Nexus between Digital Innovation and Digital Entrepreneurship in the Strategic Transformation

While the technologies that drive computers, robots, and other smart equipment are rapidly improving, becoming more powerful, and changing businesses faster than in the past, digital technologies and how we use them are changing the face of business. It is now possible to achieve a significant competitive advantage through digital innovation and transformation. Whereas, anything novel and distinctive about organization in the digital age is covered by the category of digital entrepreneurship considered as significant as needed. Keeping these concepts in priority this research was aimed to investigate the node of digital innovation and digital entrepreneurship on strategic transformation. Employed a quantitative approach with convenient random sampling technique. 184 respondent’s data from retail industry UAE were considered for data analysis. SmartPLS 4.0 used to assess the hypothesized model of the research. Reliability, validity, discriminant validity and hypothesis testing were performed to assess the model. The results showed that digital innovation and digital entrepreneurship have a positive, significant influence on strategic transformation.
