摘要
Purpose With the spread of Industry 4.0, interest in logistics 4.0 technologies such as logistics robots, artificial intelligence, big data, and blockchain is increasing in the logistics field. Many logistics companies are interested in the adoption or use of logistics 4.0 technologies, but research is insufficient. This study aims to analyze the relationship between logistics company intentions to use logistics robots and logistics performance through applied Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(UTAUT). Design/Methodology/Approach Based on previous studies related to logistics 4.0 and UTAUT, the author identified the pertinent factors. Questionnaires were developed to measure each variable, and a survey of workers in logistics companies was conducted. A total of 209 responses were utilized for analysis. In order to test the hypotheses, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were performed. Findings Results showed that performance expectancy, social influence and innovation had a significant effect on usage intention, and effort expectancy, facilitating conditions and self-efficiency had no meaningful influence. Also usage intention of logistics robots had a significant influence on logistics performance. Research Implications Logistics companies need to improve logistics performance through the adoption of logistics robots, and they need to actively use logistics robots in various logistics activities such as storage, loading and unloading, and delivery.
