Robotic Process Automation for Prioritizing the Refund in Online Travel Agency

Robotic process automation is helping many organisation in increasing the efficiency time and reducing the cost of business processes in processing the refund and cancellation query. Using Robotic process automation many business can reduce the cost and transaction time in solving and reverting the customer about the adjustment and booking query. In this paper using Power apps and power automate these query will get resolved and this study has given a methodology for solving such queries. The methodology proposed given framework such as email ingestion, email ingesting will be done using power automate tools and understand the schema of email body for reading the forms values. With the help of power app, it reduce the time of developing and creating a business application for prioritizing the queries and process them. SharePoint list is the database for the accounting and refund data coming from forms through emails. Through power app button, power automate flow will start and perform the desired action to complete the desired output. Microsoft Office 365 tools have been used in this framework for efficient working of the framework and get the desired output.
