摘要

INTRODUCTION AND OBJECTIVES: The Accreditation Council for Graduation Medical Education (ACGME) recently introduced the competency-based Milestones system to streamline resident evaluation. Although it is now widely used among specialties, the specific benefits to Program Directors (PDs) and residents, as well as barriers to implementing this system have yet to be addressed in the urology literature. In this study, we aimed to assess the application and the perception of usefulness of the Milestones system among PDs in urology resident evaluation.
