Write and wrong [technological breakthroughs]

This paper describes some of the technological breakthroughs that were predicted by IEEE Spectrum over its 40 year existence. These include the cryogenic chips, electric cars, breeder nuclear reactors, the Internet, random-access read write memories, geniponics, compact discs, high definition television, space stations, home robots, broadband networks, World Wide Web, and interactive television.
