Abstract The advanced technology of the early 21st century – digital fabrication, robots and global virtual connections – is giving us the opportunity to re‐evaluate our modes and locations for industrial production. Equally these notions can enhance our ability to tackle climate change. Vicente Guallart , co‐founder and former Director of the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia and principal of Guallart Architects, explains why.
