Scrap is made up of recyclable products that were left over from commodity production and consumption, such as car components, construction supplies, and unused materials. Scrap, as opposed to waste, has monetary value, especially recovered metals, and non-metallic materials are often recovered for recycling. The aim of this mechanical engineering project is to create a scrap collecting robot. Since full automation is difficult to achieve, and even testing facilities have yet to do so, you can construct one that is operated by a remote control, which can be wireless or not. This robot has four wheels and an arm for collecting scrap materials. It can even step over small hurdles with the help of its legs. While this project seems to be straightforward at times, it takes a significant amount of effort to create a working model. In existing we have some scrap collecting machine which is manual and take more time to complete. If we go to automationproduct, cost will be more and it is difficult to buy. In this project we propose the model scrap collector which is completely different from existing model and it works on mechanical components soit is comparatively low cost than other full electronic based scrap collector. The attractive feature of this scrap collector is it works by the energy stored by solar energy. It is a renewable source of energy.
