摘要

The development of a digital twin requires an accurate mechanical model that is as perfect as possible for both virtual and real objects. Both aspects must work together in synchronization and operate in real-time. Here, we have developed a virtual model of an arm robotic model designed to be similar to the DOBOT Magician Lite, with four joint movements: base, shoulder, arm, and hand. We have also created four virtual sliders as movement controls for each joint on the robotic arm. Thus, we examined it with gamification to place some items (here provided as food models) into their designated places. We achieved appropriate movement and placement of those items. Improving children's robotics education is the main objective of this initiative. One anticipated result would be better learning outcomes for the pupils who participate. Therefore, this concept will provide an excellent experience to introduce robotic movement to children. Whether we provide the virtual robotic arm with augmented reality, making it appear as if it exists in its surroundings like a real object, or control each arm with a simple concept, the goal is to achieve seamless integration and functionality. Thus, students can enhance their learning experiences by using this program. It could feature interactive 3D robot models, educational games, and simulations, making the study of robotics engaging and accessible. In the next development phase, we will connect this AR (Augmented Reality) to a cloud service and trigger every control into the real robotic arm, ensuring that AR controls not only affect the virtual object but also prompt movements in the real DOBOT Magician Lite robotic arm module).
