摘要

The anatomy of renal arterial system and tumor blood supply affects the clamping method employed during partial nephrectomy for small renal mass. Intraoperative use of indocyanide green (ICG) has been proposed to help intraoperative decision making on vascular control during robot assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy (RaLPN). We would like to evaluated the use and benefits of indocyanine green in robot assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy. Materials and methods Patients undergone RaLPN and given ICG during operation, from 1 January 2015 to 15 February 2017 in Queen Elizabeth Hospital, were included. Intraoperative video was recorded and detailed visual response was documented. Patients' demographics, tumor characteristics, operation records, postoperative recovery course, pathology reports and follow-up progress were retrospectively reviewed.
