Highlight In this video vignette, Felsenreich et al describe a case of robotic retrogastric cystogastrostomy in a patient with pancreatic pseudocyst due to gallstone pancreatitis. The robotic retrogastric approach is advantageous because it avoids an anterior gastrotomy without the need for extensive dissection to expose the pancreatic pseudocyst.
