Digital Twin-based Virtual Reconfiguration Method for Mixed-model Robotic Assembly Line

摘要
Aiming at the low efficiency and poor timeliness of the configuration on the mixed-model robotic assembly line, this paper proposes a digital twin-based virtual reconfiguration method for the mixed-model robotic assembly line. By building a digital twin model of the physical assembly workshop, the interaction and integration between the physical assembly workshop and the virtual assembly workshop are promoted, and the rapid verification of the robotic assembly line reconfiguration solution is fulfilled. This paper establishes a mathematical model to minimize the reconfiguration cost of the mixed-model robotic assembly line, utilizes an adaptive neighborhood search bee algorithm (ANSBA), and designs multiple feasible solution generation operators and random solution generation operators to improve the convergence speed of the algorithm while avoiding falling into local optimum. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm are verified by a case study of coupling mixed-model robotic assembly line reconfiguration.
