摘要
Contemporary manufacturing systems are still evolving. Currently, the industry progresses from basic mechanical assist systems to advanced automation such as the use of Collaborative Robot. This paper presents an early concept and proposal of Cobot Fleet Management System that manages multiple COBOT on factories. The goal is to automate and simplify the development and maintenance of COBOT. The management system is a dual-sided architecture, cloud centralized control and management of smart equipment and secondly, edge computing that bridge between the manufacturing floors and the application residing in the cloud. We provide health data and automation of selected maintenance task for COBOT by providing error notification, predictive maintenance and production output visualization.
