摘要

With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in China, water quality monitoring has become the most important task in ecological protection. Conventional water quality monitoring methods mainly rely on manual multi-point acquisition and underwater sensor network, needing huge human and material resources and even high cost. Due to maneuverability, high efficiency, and low cost, bionic robot fish has won attention by many scholars in the field of eco- and industrial environmental monitoring in recent years. This paper narrates a mobile water quality monitoring system based on autonomous bionic robot fish by combining bionic underwater robot fish and wireless sensing technology. The bionic dynamic system is able to minimize the disturbance to the water environment. The host computer control software, RoboSea-2.0, can freely control the motion of a robot fish in water and realize water quality detection at multiple points and different depths. Tests show that the underwater platform moves flexibly, transmits data stably, and conducts real-time detection of water quality. It facilitates analyzing water quality and data statistics, envisioning a profound application in future.
