About

Dr. Ze‐Guo Zhuo is a pioneering surgeon whose research focuses on advancing robotic esophagectomy techniques for esophageal cancer treatment. His major contributions center on optimizing surgical approaches and improving patient outcomes through minimally invasive methods. Notably, Dr. Zhuo has systematically investigated the learning curves for both McKeown and Ivor Lewis robotic esophagectomies, demonstrating that mastery of thoracic lymphadenectomy requires distinct skill acquisition for each approach.
