Sung Ho Jung is a pioneering cardiac surgeon whose work has advanced the field of minimally invasive cardiac surgery (MICS). His research focuses on developing and refining less invasive surgical techniques to reduce the trauma and complications associated with traditional open-heart procedures, which typically require a large median sternotomy.
