About
Sooryun Son is an early childhood education researcher whose work sits at the intersection of child development and educational technology, with a particular focus on how young children perceive and interact with social robots in learning environments. Drawing on cognitive, social, and moral dimensions of child psychology, Son has made meaningful contributions to our understanding of how kindergarten-aged children conceptualize intelligent robots — whether they view them as alive, as social companions, or as educational tools.
