About
Sandra Pansy‐Resch is a leading researcher in the intersection of gerontechnology and psychosocial care, with a primary focus on using humanoid socially assistive robots (SARs) to support people with dementia and their informal caregivers. Her work investigates how robotic systems, particularly the humanoid robot “Coach Pepper,” can alleviate caregiver burden and improve quality of life for persons with dementia living at home.
