Ralf Joukhadar is a gynecological surgeon and researcher at the forefront of robotic and minimally invasive pelvic surgery. His work centers on advancing surgical techniques for pelvic floor reconstruction, deep infiltrating endometriosis (DIE), and uterine isthmocele, with a strong emphasis on patient safety and surgical ergonomics. Joukhadar led an international Delphi study to establish consensus on robot-assisted pelvic floor reconstructive surgery, a key contribution that has garnered 13 citations.
