About

Norihiro Kokudo is a pioneering hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgeon whose work has shaped modern minimally invasive liver and pancreas surgery. His research focuses on advancing surgical techniques, particularly through the use of indocyanine green (ICG) fluorescence imaging for real-time visualization during hepatectomy, and on establishing global standards for minimally invasive pancreas and liver resections.
