About
Nicole Lindenblatt is a pioneering reconstructive and plastic surgeon whose work has fundamentally shaped the emerging field of robotic-assisted microsurgery. Based at a leading European center, she has focused her research on lymphatic reconstruction, supermicrosurgery, and the integration of novel robotic platforms — particularly the Symani Surgical System® — into clinical practice. Lindenblatt's landmark contributions include reporting the first-in-human use of a microsurgical robot for lympho-venous anastomosis and, remarkably, the first robotic approach to central lymphatic reconstruction, pushing the boundaries of what is surgically possible in anatomically challenging regions. Her meticulous documentation of learning curves across surgeons of varying skill levels has provided invaluable guidance for training programs worldwide.
