Mark Kvale is a leading figure in genetic epidemiology, with his research centered on large-scale genomic data analysis, telomere biology, and the genetics of aging. His most impactful contribution is the development and execution of an automated assay for measuring telomere length in the massive Genetic Epidemiology Research on Adult Health and Aging (GERA) cohort.
