About
Lori M. Dulabon is a leading urologic surgeon and researcher whose work has fundamentally advanced the field of minimally invasive kidney cancer surgery. Her primary research focus is the comparative effectiveness and safety of robotic-assisted partial nephrectomy (RPN) versus laparoscopic partial nephrectomy (LPN). In her landmark 2009 multi-institutional study, cited over 520 times, she demonstrated that RPN offers comparable perioperative outcomes to LPN, establishing it as a viable and rapidly emerging alternative for treating renal tumors.
