Ken Herrmann is a leading figure in nuclear medicine and molecular imaging, whose work has fundamentally advanced theranostics—the integration of diagnostic imaging and targeted radionuclide therapy. His research centers on developing and validating novel radioligands for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging and peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT), particularly in oncology.
