About
Jelle O. Barentsz is a pioneering figure in prostate cancer imaging, whose work has fundamentally reshaped how the disease is detected, staged, and treated. His research centers on multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and the development of MRI-guided interventions, directly addressing the limitations of traditional ultrasound-guided biopsies.
