About
Graham J MacKay is a leading colorectal surgeon whose research focuses on the intersection of minimally invasive surgery, the systemic inflammatory response (SIR), and patient outcomes in colorectal cancer. His work has been instrumental in demonstrating that robotic-assisted surgery (RAS) can significantly reduce postoperative SIR and improve short-term recovery compared to traditional laparoscopic or open approaches.
