G. D. Andrade-Ribeiro is a leading colorectal surgeon whose work has significantly advanced the field of transanal surgery. His primary research focuses on minimally invasive techniques for rectal cancer and benign anorectal conditions, particularly transanal minimally invasive surgery (TAMIS).
