Byung Ha Chung is a pioneering urologic surgeon whose work has fundamentally advanced the field of robotic prostate and kidney cancer surgery. His primary research focuses on refining surgical techniques to maximize oncologic control while dramatically improving patient quality of life, particularly through the development and validation of Retzius-sparing robot-assisted radical prostatectomy (RALP).
