Barbara Alicja Jereczek‐Fossa is a leading figure in the intersection of radiation oncology and robotic surgery, with a primary focus on prostate cancer management. Her pioneering work has centered on the use of image-guided stereotactic radiotherapy (SBRT) for recurrent and oligometastatic prostate cancer, as demonstrated in her highly cited 2011 paper (233 citations) on robotic SBRT for isolated recurrences.
