Andrei V. Alexandrov is a pioneering figure in stroke neurology and neurorehabilitation, whose work bridges cutting-edge brain-computer interface (BCI) technology with clinical cerebrovascular diagnostics. His research centers on two transformative areas: motor recovery after stroke and the detection of right-to-left shunts (RLS) as stroke risk factors.
