About
Amanda-Louise Fenger Carlander is a leading surgical oncologist whose research centers on the treatment of oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC), with a particular focus on advancing transoral robotic surgery (TORS). Her major contribution lies in demonstrating that TORS, combined with neck dissection, can achieve excellent oncologic outcomes for early-stage OPSCC while dramatically reducing the need for adjuvant radiotherapy or chemoradiotherapy.
