摘要

Under the influence of respiratory movement, radiotherapy faces two challenges. The first is to ensure the precise location of the target area, and the second is to control the dose to avoid damage to normal tissue around the target area. Therefore, building a simulation platform for respiration tracking studies is necessary before performing live surgery. This paper proposes a thoracic-abdominal combined respiratory motion phantom as a platform for simulating the motion of the chest, abdomen, and tumor inside to conduct breath-tracking experiments. The phantom was designed in full accordance with the 1: 1 structural design of the adult male upper body, including the overall shape, part of the internal structure-expandable lungs, and movable simulated diaphragm. The phantom can reproduce the respiratory movement characteristics of the body surface and tumor and facilitate respiration tracking study for radiosurgical robots.
