摘要

INTRODUCTION AND OBJECTIVE: Ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) is defined as an anatomic or functional impedance of urine flow from the renal pelvis into the ureter. In recent years, with refinements in endourological techniques and the development of smaller ureteroscopes, laparoscopes, robotics, and laser technology, the surgical options for the management of UPJO have evolved towards minimally invasive procedures, and these indications are being expanded to include children.
