摘要
In this paper a new approach to task analysis, Task Pattern Analysis, is presented within the context of Human-Robot Interaction (HRI). Task Pattern Analysis is based on the observation that in many work tasks there are recurring patterns of activity, which only differ in the concepts that are affected. Furthermore, the tasks appear in different ways depending on the situational context. By applying sets of task patterns in a certain situation we achieve a greater possibility to describe the task appropriately in varying situations. The paper also describes a first evaluation of the method. From the evaluation it seems that Task Patterns are a relatively straightforward way of modelling a work task with respect to the constraints of the situational context.
