摘要

Closed reduction and internal fixation with 3 hollow annulated screws is a common method for treating fractures of the femur neck. Parameters that directly influence the surgical effect include fracture face angle, screw distribution and positions. According to the results of mechanical experiments and QCT images, a finite element model of the proximal femur was established. Biomechanical theory was used to develop optimizing operational parameters. Factors most affecting surgical results were identified as relative displacement between the fracture plane, the strain at the bottom of the screw hole, and the maximal stress of the screw. This analysis presents parameters for internal fixation of femoral neck fractures that can be used in medical robot surgery programming and navigation.
